The mission of Nurses Heart to Heart is to equip nurses in the developing world with the training and resources they need to care for their patients.
NHTH travels to teach nurses and midwives where they are: in hospitals, nursing schools, refugee camps, and at conferences.
We providemedications, medical supplies, and other needed resources to hospitals and health clinics.
NHTH providestraining equipment, teaching materials, and educational funds to nursing schools and hospitals.
To date, Nurses Heart to Heart staff and volunteers have trained nurses and served patients on 13 trips to Mongolia, 7 trips to the Kurdistan region of Iraq, 1 trip to Tanzania, and 1 trip to Uganda.
